OUR POLICIES

  • We accept returns for plants 48 hours after purchase. We are unable to accept plant returns outside of this window due to the unknown environment the plant may have been exposed to after leaving our shop. If you are experiencing an issue with a newly purchased plant, please contact us so we can help you trouble shoot and get you back on the right path!

  • If you bought a houseplant from us and are experiencing difficulties with it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you diagnose and treat the issue. If you purchased a large specimen plant and it has died within 3 months, we may provide a discount on a replacement plant of equal or lesser value than the original plant.

  • If you utilize our on-site houseplant installation services and your plant is showing signs of declining health or has other issues, please reach out as soon as you notice a concerning change and we will offer a one-time complementary visit to help you address the current problem. Should it be determined the plant cannot be treated and brought back to good health, we may provide a discount on a replacement plant. Repotting of the replacement plant will be charged at the standard rate along with material costs.
